Job Description

Step into an engaging school-based role supporting K-12 students at multiple sites in the Bennettsville, SC area. This contract position combines onsite and virtual (VOCO) supervision responsibilities, offering a diverse mix of direct therapy and leadership in a collaborative educational environment. You'll make a tangible impact in students' growth through both hands-on and telehealth delivery.
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required) Experience or interest in K-12 school-based therapy settings Ability to supervise and collaborate with licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (for VOCO component) Comfortable balancing onsite and virtual duties Strong organizational and communication skills
Role Highlights:
Provide Physical Therapy services for students across multiple school locations (K-12), fully in-person Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track ongoing progress Supervise a licensed PTA for VOCO service delivery, ensuring compliance and quality care Engage in 37.5 hours per week onsite therapy, plus 20 hours weekly dedicated to VOCO supervision and paperwork Maintain clear and timely documentation in line with school and state guidelines Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
