Overview Join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide and play a vital role in supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation. In this energetic position, you will assist licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population in our busy outpatient clinic. Your enthusiasm for patient service and dedication to promoting mobility and well-being will help create a positive environment for healing and progress. This is the perfect role for a student and we are flexible with school schedules. Responsibilities Support physical therapists by preparing treatment areas, and setting up equipment. Help patients with exercise programs prescribed by the PT or PTA. Assist with front desk tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use Communicate effectively with patients to provide encouragement, explain procedures, and address questions about their care plan Support rehabilitation care efforts by helping patients perform prescribed exercises under supervision Help care for clinic dogs This position is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to grow within the healthcare field.
