Ignite Chiropractic is a family centered chiropractic office in Justin, Texas, serving families across Justin, Haslet, Argyle, Northlake, and Roanoke. We care for entire families, from expecting moms and newborns to athletes and busy parents. Our model is simple and focused, adjustment based care that supports how the nervous system functions and adapts. We are building a legacy practice with strong systems, a warm team culture, and a high trust reputation in our community. We are hiring one Chiropractic Assistant/ Front Desk team member. You are the first face every patient sees and the last voice they hear on the way out. You set the tone for the whole visit. This role blends warm patient connection with sharp operational execution. You keep the office running on time, the schedule full, and every family feeling welcomed and cared for. What You Will Do Greet and check in patients with real warmth and energy Run the daily schedule and patient flow to keep visits on time Answer phones and messages, and turn new patient inquiries into booked evaluations Handle check out, collect payment, and schedule follow up visits Support the doctor during patient education, onboarding, and report of findings Keep the front desk, lobby, and kids playroom clean and welcoming Keep patient records accurate in our practice software Help with social media posting, replying to messages, and gathering reviews What We Are Looking For Warm and outgoing. You genuinely like people and make them feel at home Great with kids and families, and comfortable creating a welcoming space for parents and children alike Drawn to a natural, whole body approach to health Organized enough to juggle phones, scheduling, and check in at the same time Clear and confident on the phone and in person Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership without being micromanaged Comfortable learning new software and tools. We use modern systems to cut busywork so the team can spend more energy on people Coachable and eager to grow with a system Front desk, customer service, sales, or healthcare experience is a plus.
