Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in process to ensure a comfortable start to their visit Conduct patient intake by gathering medical history, current symptoms, and relevant health information accurately Assist chiropractors during patient assessments by preparing treatment rooms and handling necessary documentation Explain procedures and provide basic guidance on post-treatment care to enhance patient understanding and compliance Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up reminders, and patient records with precision and confidentiality Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing paperwork, and updating patient files as needed Requirements Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to effectively assist with assessments and understand treatment plans Ability to perform patient assessments by collecting accurate information and recognizing basic health indicators Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide compassionate support to patients Familiarity with intake procedures, appointment scheduling systems, and maintaining detailed records A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe environment for staff and patients Embark on a rewarding journey in healthcare where your contributions directly impact patients' well-being.
