Psychiatry Job Summary:

Mission Health is seeking an advanced practice provider to join the Behavioral Health team providing primary care to the patients at our Behavioral Health Hospital, Sweeten Creek, in Asheville, NC.

Qualified Candidates:

Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program

BLS, ACLS/PALS

certification 2+ prior years of advanced practice provider experience preferred, but not required Candidates must be able to see patients of all ages Please note that this position does not offer visa support

Position Highlights:

Day shifts available from 9 am - 9 pm or 11 am - 11 pm 3, 12-hour shifts a week with rotating weekend coverage Will be responsible for pre-existing disease management and medication management of non-psychiatric origin for in-patient psychiatric patients
