Receiving Center and Stroke Center. 16-18 encounters per day per hospitalist; 12-15 encounters per night per nocturnist. ER runs codes; no procedures required. Vituity-staffed emergency department and tele-critical care physicians offer integrated care solutions at the site. • $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
