Agawam, MA (East and North Agawam) — Full-time Overview Provide medical direction and attending physician services to residents in local skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered, post-acute and long-term care while providing clinical oversight and leadership for assigned facilities.
