Neurosurgeon opening in Norfolk, NE Full-Time | Level III Trauma Center | Primary Stroke Center |
J-1/H-1B
Considered A regional referral center in Northeast Nebraska is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join an established practice with strong specialty support and access to the technology needed to serve a busy regional market.
Opportunity Highlights:
  • Full-time Neurosurgery opportunity
  • Join an established practice in a busy regional market
  • Practice at a Level III Trauma Center
  • Certified Primary Stroke Center by the AHA/ASA
  • 15-20 patients per day
  • No more than 10 days of call per month
  • Established Hospital Medicine team
  • Partnering specialties include Primary Care, Hospital Medicine, Physiatry, Orthopedics, Palliative Care, and more
  • Regional referral center serving 22 counties across Nebraska
  • Not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization
  • J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship considered
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary:
  • $768,000

Candidate Requirements:
  • MD or DO
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
  • Nebraska medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Interest in a busy regional neurosurgery practice
  • Strong surgical, clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
