Current or recent inpatient hospital experience Disclose if already living in the area or willing to relocate Disclose if requiring visa support - J1 or H1B Open to fresh graduates with recent inpatient experience DEA (must be obtained prior to start) CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed pediatric ER with volumes approaching 55,000 patients annually Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams Participate in a supportive environment with child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care Contribute to teaching and mentorship of pediatric, emergency medicine, and family practice residents, as well as Pediatric ER fellows Work full-time, covering twelve 12-hour shifts per month Utilize full scribe coverage to enhance efficiency and patient care quality Engage with affiliated Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions Open to BC/BE candidates (fresh graduates and experienced providers welcome, but recent inpatient experience required) This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area.
