What you'll do Diagnose and repair residential AC units, heat pumps, gas furnaces, packaged units and ductless systems Handle priority repair calls for members of our Shield Plan Explain findings to homeowners and present repair options in ServiceTitan on your iPad Recover, charge and leak-check refrigerants, including newer A2L systems, in line with EPA rules Keep your van stocked and organized with parts from the Henderson branch Take part in the on-call rotation, about one week in six What you bring 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Nice to have: NATE certification, heat pump and ductless experience, Spanish-English bilingual.
