In-Person Position Overview An established specialty mental health practice is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its highly collaborative team in Great Neck, NY . This position is ideal for a psychologist interested in evidence-based treatment, CBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) while developing expertise in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, BDD, and related disorders . The role offers extensive clinical training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a specialized behavioral health environment. Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. Treat patients with OCD, anxiety disorders, BDD, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and related conditions . Participate in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and collaborative treatment planning. Provide ERP and real-world exposure therapy , including community-based treatment when clinically appropriate. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with other psychologists, therapists, and clinical professionals. Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary treatment planning. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development. Qualifications Psy.

D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program. Active New York State Psychologist license . Strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) . Interest in treating OCD, anxiety, BDD, and related disorders . Strong interest in evidence-based behavioral health treatment. Team-oriented and collaborative clinical approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ERP or specialized anxiety treatment experience is preferred but not required.
