Desired qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology Current, valid Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills Proven experience working with diverse student populations is a plus Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices in school psychology Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns Develop, interpret, and recommend strategies for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services to students, staff, and families Support data-driven intervention strategies to enhance student learning and adjustment Facilitate staff development and parent workshops related to mental health, learning, and behavior management Maintain accurate and compliant documentation consistent with all federal, state, and local regulations This position covers the full school year and offers the professional satisfaction of seeing ongoing progress and growth in students' lives.
