Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting students for the full academic year. Working onsite with a dedicated clinical team, you will be part of a district recognized for its collaborative and supportive environment. The school, nestled on the west side of Chicago, offers an engaging setting where your expertise will make a meaningful impact.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Licensed or certified School Psychologist with prior experience in school settings. Proficient in conducting evaluations and psychological assessments for students. Experienced in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and fellow clinical professionals. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations of students referred for support or assessment. Administer, score, and interpret a variety of psychological and educational tests. Lead and participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for student plans. Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and the clinical team to develop and implement supports tailored to each student's needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with district policies and federal/state regulations.
