Identify training needs for OD users, design course content and materials and conduct training classes on applications provided by OD Technology Primary Responsibilities Assist, support and coordinate with OD Technology staff in identifying the training needs of OD users Interact with the OD Technology team to design course content related to applications Prepare easy to understand training material including class agenda, instructional material, and training aids Conduct training classes for OD users on applications provided by OD Technology Communicate with departments and service center management to schedule training Monitor training sessions and trainees to ensure effectiveness Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout the course life cycle Coordinate with other internal training groups to maximize scheduling and effectiveness Some communication with external customers to demo OD products
Job Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience:
4+ years of training experience with custom developed and off-the-shelf applications Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products especially Publisher Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Salesforce CRM experience a plus
Compensation Range:
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and state/local wage requirements. $ 99,853 - $ 124,816
