Qualifications and Experience:

Valid School Psychologist credential/certification, or eligibility for licensure Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field Experience working within school settings preferred Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavior management, and intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychoeducational assessments for students (PreK-12) to identify strengths and areas of need Participate as an active member of multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments and evidence-based interventions Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, federal, and state requirements Deliver counseling services and social-emotional learning initiatives to promote student success
