Key Qualifications:

Active licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for Kansas certification) Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families Understanding of IEPs, FBA/BIPs, and

MTSS/RTI

procedures Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for team recommendations Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective support plans Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development Deliver direct counseling or intervention services to students as needed Assist with crisis prevention and intervention efforts within the school Support positive behavioral strategies throughout the elementary caseload Maintain thorough records and adhere to all federal and state educational guidelines
