Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students ages 7-12 as a School Psychologist in the Framingham, MA, area. In this impactful part-time position, you'll collaborate closely with dedicated educators and families to foster student success and wellbeing. With a flexible 20-hour workweek split over 2-3 days, you'll have the balance to enjoy your personal and professional commitments.
Key Qualifications:
Current, active MA DESE School Psychologist license Previous experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in developing and interpreting IEPs Comfortable conducting a range of psychological and behavioral evaluations Effective communicator and team collaborator
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students ages 7-12 to identify learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Develop assessment reports and recommendations aligned with student support plans Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on strategies and interventions Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert input on goal setting and progress monitoring Provide short-term counseling or crisis intervention as needed Promote a positive and inclusive school climate In addition to a rewarding, student-focused role, you'll enjoy a suite of benefits thoughtfully designed for contract professionals, including competitive compensation with weekly pay, comprehensive insurance packages (medical, dental, vision, life, and more), a matching 401k, and access to a flexible spending account.
