$135,000 - $156,000Knowesis is seeking an SME IV - Clinical Psychologist to provide senior clinical psychology subject matter expertise across PHCoE's research translation and health promotion missions. This role supports the development of evidence-based clinical support tools, digital health resources, and behavior change initiatives that advance psychological healthcare across the Military Health System (MHS).The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Provide clinical expertise to multi-site pilot studies assessing the feasibility of implementing novel evidence-based practices.
- Support the development of Electronic Health Record tools and other digital resources that promote the uptake of evidence-based psychological healthcare.
- Develop tools and messaging pointing military community members toward evidence-based self-management techniques that promote mental wellbeing.
- Review clinical practice guidelines and recommendations to distill key messages for clinical support tools.

Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
- At least 13 years of full-time post-doctoral work experience directly related to the practice of clinical psychology.
- At least 3 years of full-time postdoctoral work developing tools or training to facilitate the delivery of evidence-based mental health care and promote knowledge of clinical recommendations and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with military or veteran populations.
- Proven track record of publishing clinical tools or professional manuscripts.
