Key Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills Collaborative mindset with excellent communication abilities Flexibility to engage with a diverse student population Ability to work onsite consistently during the assignment Will consider a credentialed School Social Worker if psychologist is unavailable

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for student support Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions Support positive behavior, academic performance, and social-emotional development Document services and progress in accordance with district policies
