9659004-97064 Job Description Make a meaningful difference as a dedicated professional supporting students and educators onsite in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity for a School Psychologist provides the chance to work directly with students, staff, and families, offering essential psychological services and collaborating to create positive educational outcomes. This role is structured for 30 hours per week and is available for an immediate start.
Key Qualifications:
Certified or licensed School Psychologist, or eligible for relevant state credentials Experience with assessments, psychological evaluations, and developing intervention strategies Skilled in individualized education program (IEP) processes and documentation Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for working with students, educators, and families Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to diverse student needs Prior experience in a school setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students academic, emotional, and behavioral needs Develop, implement, and monitor intervention and support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input on goals and services Deliver counseling and consultative services for students, parents, and staff as needed Maintain careful documentation, records, and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Serve as a resource on issues related to mental health, learning challenges, and positive behavior supports Foster a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students This position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 30 hours, all provided onsite, enabling you to engage deeply with a supportive educational community.
