Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated mental health professionals to join our growing team at Lartey Wellness Group. We are currently hiring for a Psychology Associate position as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who value collaborative care and the opportunity to support quality behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Maryland. This is a hybrid position. Psychology Associates are required to provide in-person services at least four (4) days per week from our Laurel, Maryland office, with one (1) day of virtual/telehealth services each week. About Lartey Wellness Group Lartey Wellness Group is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services across Maryland. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our clinical team and hiring: Two (2) Psychology Associates This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling, professional growth, and a supportive clinical environment. Position Summary The Psychology Associate will provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families while receiving clinical supervision from a Licensed Psychologist Supervisor. This position requires a hybrid work schedule, consisting of at least four (4) days per week of in-person clinical services at our Laurel, MD with one (1) day of virtual/telehealth services each week. The Psychology Associate will be responsible for providing evidence-based care, completing clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, and maintaining professional standards while working within Maryland supervision requirements. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings. Complete assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and clinical documentation. Deliver ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care. Participate in required clinical supervision. Maintain compliance with Maryland Board supervision requirements. Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality patient care. QualificationsRequired Active Maryland Psychology Associate license. Eligible to provide clinical services under supervision. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services. Able to work a hybrid schedule consisting of at least four (4) in-office days per week at our Laurel office, plus one (1) virtual/telehealth day each week. Available to work evening hours (approximately 3:00 PM-8:00 PM) and either Saturday or Sunday. Preferred Experience working in outpatient behavioral health settings. Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
