The Foundation for Integrated Care (FIC) , a nonprofit organization, is seeking a passionate pre-independently licensed master's-level clinicians to join our growing team as Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians (IBHCs) in busy pediatric practices. Must Speak Spanish This is a unique opportunities to work in fast-paced pediatric medical settings where behavioral and physical health are fully integrated. Our position is in a Spanish-speaking pediatric practice , working alongside Spanish-speaking medical providers to deliver culturally responsive, multidisciplinary care. At FIC, our mission is to increase access to care, reduce barriers, and improve health outcomes by bringing behavioral health into medical settings and supporting patients long before challenges become crises. This is not traditional outpatient therapy . As an IBHC, you will work side by side with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, care managers, and pharmacists to provide brief, evidence-informed interventions in a truly collaborative care model. This approach helps reduce stigma, improve access, and better serve the communities who need it most.
