Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Key Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required 2+ years' experience preferred, but applications from talented new graduates are welcome Experience using Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq strongly preferred Ability to provide compassionate, attentive patient care Effective communication skills and a commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Role Responsibilities:
Accurately deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments under physician direction Set up and operate sophisticated radiation equipment (Elekta HD, Versa HD) Maintain accurate treatment documentation using Mosaiq Monitor and assess patient responses during therapy, reporting concerns to healthcare team Provide education and support to patients and families Ensure strict compliance with organizational procedures and regulatory requirements concerning radiation safety Enjoy a competitive compensation package, with pay ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 based on experience and certifications, along with comprehensive benefits designed to support your well-being and career satisfaction.
