Job Description

Category Imaging - Multi Modality Tech Job Type Contract If you have expertise across imaging modalities and thrive in dynamic clinical settings, this contract opportunity offers an engaging and diverse workload. The position requires proficiency as a Multi-Modality Technologist, with a focus on CT and X-ray imaging. Work with a Siemens 64 Somatom scanner, supported by a dedicated medical team.
Schedule/Hours:
Shift:
Four 10-hour evening shifts (12:00pm - 11:30pm), Friday through Monday On-call duties from 11:30pm - 4:00am
Qualifications:
Registered with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Current BLS certification Licensed in the state of California Fluoroscopy and IV certification required Experience with Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner preferred Solid background in both CT and X-ray procedures Strong knowledge of contrast administration safety Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Perform both CT and X-ray imaging procedures, ensuring diagnostic quality and patient comfort Operate Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner as well as radiologic equipment for general X-ray exams Adhere to departmental protocols and safety guidelines, including correct documentation and contrast administration Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare providers for accurate and timely imaging Provide compassionate, patient-focused care during all procedures Participate in evening and on-call rotations as scheduled
