Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services on a 13-week contract. The position calls for expertise in Imaging-MRI, specifically with 1.5T Siemens Aera equipment, and deep resolve technology proficiency.
Schedule:
36 hours per week Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Two 12-hour shifts, three days each week (guaranteed 36 hours)
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field Current ARRT (MR) certification required Demonstrated experience with 1.5T Siemens Aera MRI systems with deep resolve Minimum of one year MRI Tech experience in a healthcare setting preferred Valid CPR/BLS certification Proficient in patient positioning, imaging protocols, and troubleshooting MRI systems Strong attention to safety, detail, and patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans using the Siemens Aera 1.5T with deep resolve technology Ensure optimal patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to achieve diagnostic accuracy Adhere to established protocols and infection control standards Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Address equipment or image quality issues effectively Support patient education regarding procedures and safety guidelines
