Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Take on an essential role as a skilled Imaging X-ray Technologist within a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare setting. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about patient care and experienced in advanced radiologic practices. Schedule 5x8 hour shifts
Days:
7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday Key Qualifications Current ARRT(R) certification required BLS certification required Rhode Island state license (applications with pending license considered) Level I trauma experience required Familiarity with Philips Carestream, GE x-ray equipment, Portables, and C-Arms strongly preferred Primary Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort Work efficiently within a Level I trauma environment, adapting to fast-changing priorities Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient diagnostic imaging Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of radiology equipment including Philips Carestream, GE, portable units, and C-Arms Uphold strict adherence to all regulatory standards, infection control protocols, and documentation requirements Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and their families regarding imaging procedures What You'll Gain Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art imaging equipment Collaborative, supportive clinical environment Immediate interview and offer process for qualified candidates Make a meaningful impact by delivering top-tier imaging services where they matter most.
