This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in long-term care documentation. Must have TRD Certification. Wilton Meadows Health Care Center has been a leader in short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for over 30 years. Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred Knowledge of aging, dementia care, and psychosocial needs of residents Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Reports To:
