Qualifications Nursing Diploma Full Job Description Role Overview:
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, implementing and monitoring patient care plans. Acts as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Notes and executes physician and nursing orders, assesses patient needs, and coordinates discharge planning with healthcare team members.Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure or eligibility in Alabama
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of one year RN experience
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care following established protocols
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care activities
