Qualifications:
Active RN license required Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC preferred) Proficient with emergency protocols, triage procedures, and rapid assessment skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Capacity to remain calm and efficient in high-stress, fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate, plan, and implement nursing care for patients presenting with urgent or life-threatening conditions Quickly assess patient needs and prioritize care, including triage of multiple patients simultaneously Monitor, document, and report patient symptoms, vital signs, and changes in status Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as indicated Support patients and families through education, guidance, and compassionate communication Collaborate with emergency physicians, specialists, and allied health staff to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory guidelines
