• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide classroom support to students enrolled in specialized programs (Medical Program Class and Supported Learning Environment Class) Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance Communicate with families regarding student health needs and updates Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and special education teams Respond to emergencies and follow school safety protocols Monitor immunization compliance and support health screenings Promote health education and wellness initiatives What We're Looking For Active Illinois State RN license Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check 1 year + of professional nursing experience required and minimum of 1 year with pediatrics or special needs Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
