This role leads AI governance, patient safety and quality oversight, workflow design, implementation, education, and program evaluation to support the responsible integration of technology into nursing practice. The position works collaboratively with clinical and organizational leaders to develop technology-enabled nursing workflows that improve efficiency, access, and care delivery while maintaining patient safety, professional accountability, privacy, and quality standards. Requirements:

30 hours per week - First Shift Current, unrestricted Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or a related field preferred. Nursing informatics or nursing leadership certification preferred. 3-5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership, clinical informatics, virtual nursing, digital health, quality improvement, or healthcare workflow implementation experience preferred.
