In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing patient care based on established standards, protocols, and procedures Conducting patient and family teaching based on identified needs and readiness to learn Collaborating on discharge planning and incorporating support systems Delegating and supervising nursing interventions appropriately Prioritizing patient care and seeking assistance as needed Ensuring thorough and accurate documentation of patient data and interventions Participating in multi-disciplinary rounds for comprehensive patient care Administering medications and intravenous therapy safely Assessing and managing patient pain levels effectively Interpreting cardiac rhythms and initiating appropriate treatment plans Recognizing and responding to changes in patient conditions Providing ongoing assessment and teaching to surgical patients Utilizing and troubleshooting surgical equipment as needed Requirements for this position include: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current MA RN License ACLS certification upon hire Previous telemetry experience required Need 1 year experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
