RN / LPN
- Flexible Home Care Opportunity (Pikesville, MD 21208) We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) professionals to join our team in Pikesville, MD 21208. This position is ideal for an LPN or RN who is flexible, open to training, and comfortable working as a backup or fill-in nurse when needed. The LPN or RN will provide supportive, patient-focused care in a home setting while ensuring comfort and safety. Available Shifts 7a-7p every Thursday and Friday Every other or some Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2 days in a week As needed Responsibilities The LPN or RN will provide companionship and non-clinical support to the patient The LPN or RN will assist with meal preparation and meal setup The LPN or RN will help with light daily chores and general household support The LPN or RN will monitor the patient's comfort, safety, and overall well-being The LPN or RN will communicate effectively with the care team and family members The LPN or RN will maintain professionalism and provide compassionate patient-centered care The LPN or RN will step in as a backup or fill-in nurse as needed to ensure continuity of care Requirements Active LPN or RN license required The LPN or RN must be willing to undergo training The LPN or RN should be comfortable working flexible schedules as needed Strong communication, reliability, and patient care skills required for the LPN or RN role Professional and dependable demeanor expected from all LPN and RN candidates This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN or RN looking for flexibility and hands-on patient care experience in a supportive environment.
