Job Description
Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Take your nursing expertise to the next level in an engaging emergency room environment. Experienced ER Registered Nurses are needed to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in fast-paced settings. Your clinical judgment and commitment to excellence will provide essential support to patients and their families during critical moments.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an ER Registered Nurse Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure with multiple priorities Certification in BLS and ACLS required; additional certifications (such as PALS or TNCC) are a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Proficiency in electronic medical record systemsResponsibilities:
Perform rapid assessments of patient conditions in the emergency department Administer medications, wound care, and lifesaving interventions as needed Accurately document patient care and progress Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to develop and implement treatment plans Provide clear communication and support to patients and families during stressful situations Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and relevant regulationsBenefits:
