Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our patients and their families during life's most meaningful moments. Lighthouse Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Eagle, Idaho. This essential role is responsible for delivering personalized patient care, supporting families, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and excellence in hospice services. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventions in alignment with hospice plans of care. Support patients and families with symptom management, education, and emotional support. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. Document care and maintain accurate, timely clinical records per regulatory and agency standards. Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
