A licensed registered nurse with clinical experience independently providing routine and complex patient care in a specialized setting. Demonstrates proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions aligned with standards of practice.Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately. Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers. Delegate and assign tasks to care providers to effectively manage clinical situations. Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. Continuously develop clinical skills, manage contingencies, and contribute to team leadership.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant nursing specialty preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or via compact, with BLS certification. ACLS certification required. Completion of organizational onboarding, orientation, and competency validation. Experience in perioperative or operating room setting preferred. Ability to assess, educate, and adapt care to patient needs.Benefits
