Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and therapeutic interventions, adapting these plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients. Offer crisis intervention support, performing risk assessments and safety planning to address urgent client needs. Maintain comprehensive documentation that complies with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded. Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster healing and community. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will serve a broad spectrum of clients dealing with various mental health challenges. Your work will directly contribute to improving their mental wellness, resilience, and overall quality of life. As the clinic reaches out to underserved populations, you will play a vital role in ensuring equitable access to mental health resources. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices. Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective client engagement and support. Preferred Experience While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates with additional clinical expertise, particularly in trauma-informed care or working with diverse populations, will be favored. Compensation and Benefits This position offers an annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
