What you'll do: Provide front-line customer service, including courteous phone coverage and daily quality assurance rounds (odor-free, obstacle-free environment) Conduct facility tours for prospective residents, families, and responsible parties Coordinate resident admissions with internal departments and external healthcare partners Build and maintain referral relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians Complete admission paperwork and support residents in care planning and decision-making preferences Assist with resident orientation in accordance with facility procedures Enter and maintain accurate information in EMR and other systems Support communication between departments to ensure smooth admissions and transitions Complete additional duties as assigned What we offer: Competitive hourly paybased on experience 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Generouspaidtime off(PTO) Up to $500 per month in nursingschooltuition reimbursement What we're looking for: 1 year of clerical experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong communication, customer service skills, and empathy Proficient with computers, office systems, and related software Working knowledge of health insurance processes and systems Self-motivated with a willingness to assist across tasks as needed Ability to read, write, and understand English, including medical billing terminology High school diploma or equivalent Experience with medical terminology, billing, and data entry preferred May be exposed to bodily fluids and communicable illnesses Able to lift, push, or pull 25-50 lbs. unassisted Adequate vision and hearing (with or without assistive devices) Why us: Our Admissions Coordinators care for a geriatric population that depends on consistent, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.
