This unique position offers the opportunity to drive our patient safety and quality initiatives while providing direct, compassionate care to adolescents. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Director to lead, set the vision for, and manage our Clinical Department. As our Clinical Director, you will be responsible for supervising and directing our team of licensed therapists. You will be a member of our Leadership Team and must possess excellent management and mentoring skills. You must be an outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing, able to resolve conflicts and issues as well as complete all documentation fully and in a timely manner. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the Clinical Department aiming to provide the best stabilization using evidence-based treatment while providing a pathway for the next steps of treatment.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the clinical team Ensure workloads are at tolerable and realistic levels Carry a responsible caseload Conduct regular team meetings Participate in all Leadership and Clinical Team meetings Assist clinicians in developing a strong professional brand Know, articulate clearly, and practice Ascent Behavioral Hospital's treatment philosophy Oversee the delivery of clinical services and aftercare planning for clients and families Oversee research and outcomes initiatives Adhere to the Progress Monitoring Model Ensure that families are receiving support throughout the stabilization process Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team Work collaboratively with direct care staff, including providing training Participate in marketing activities, including occasional travel Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals Requirements Please ensure your resume includes education, work experience, certifications, and licenses.
