This unique position offers the opportunity to drive our patient safety and quality initiatives while providing direct, compassionate care to adolescents. About Ascent Behavioral Hospital At Ascent Behavioral Hospital, we provide compassionate care, helping adolescents navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation in a supportive and safe environment. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Director to lead, set the vision for, and manage our Clinical Department. As our Clinical Director, you will be responsible for supervising and directing our team of licensed therapists. You will be a member of our Leadership Team and must possess excellent management and mentoring skills. You must be an outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing, able to resolve conflicts and issues as well as complete all documentation fully and in a timely manner. If you also have a deep respect for policies and ethics and can inspire that in others, you are ideal for the role. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the Clinical Department aiming to provide the best stabilization using evidence-based treatment while providing a pathway for the next steps of treatment.
