Patient Service Representative Granger Medical Clinic is one of the largest independent, physician-owned medical clinic groups in Utah. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, friendly, pleasant, professional Patient Service Representative to join our team in Rheumatology Are you looking for an opportunity to continue on progressing in the medical field? If so, this might be what you have been looking for. We are looking for someone with experience in the medical field as a medical receptionist, front office, or patient service representative who will be a great asset to our clinic!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, full time (32-40 hours)
Pay :
$18.00/hr
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
High School Graduate or equivalent. Previous medical billing / office experience preferred. Experience in scheduling
MEDICAL OFFICE
appointments. Professional phone manner. Knowledge of medical terminology would be extremely helpful. Excellent customer service, communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Must be a team player and enjoy working with people. Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Answer telephones in a professional manner. Scheduling appointments in accordance with established procedures. Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with physicians, clinic staff and patients regarding their appointment scheduling and other needs. Getting charts ready for providers Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Sedentary work, requiring lifting up to 10 lbs Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment Inside, climate-controlled working conditions Granger Medical Clinic offers competitive wages and excellent benefits.
