Schedule:

3 x 12-hour shifts (1845-0715) Every other weekend required 13-week assignment

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Respiratory Therapist Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Active BLS certification Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in critical care environments is highly desired

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver life-support, resuscitation, and a variety of medical gas therapies to patients Perform both invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures Maintain clinical proficiency and flexibility for assignments throughout various units Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare staff to meet care needs Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all patient care activities Supervise, delegate, and guide Respiratory Therapists, students, and externs in accordance with departmental standards Complete patient billing documentation accurately
