Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support a small school district located in Dragoon, AZ. This contract position will run from ASAP through the end of the school year and offers approximately 20 hours per week. This role involves providing speech-language therapy services across multiple school buildings serving students from PreK through 12th grade. You will work closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote communication skills and support academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student goals. Collaborate with teachers and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards. Provide support across multiple campus locations within the district.
Qualifications:
Valid SLP licensure and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience working in educational settings, preferably with PreK-12 students. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school buildings. Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs.
