Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language support to elementary students in a supportive, close-knit district near the Mountain View area. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with your CCC, you'll play an essential part during the 2026-2027 school year, working with young learners to strengthen communication and academic skills in a collaborative environment. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in California Prior experience with elementary school populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to student needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support compliance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy within classroom settings Participate in IEP meetings, share progress, and provide recommendations Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment that promotes student growth and confidence Enjoy the flexibility of a full-time contract role for a district that values personal growth and professional collaboration.
