Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

School Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) needed in New Haven, CT Salary $65k-80k+/year + bonuses! (Hourly pay options available too.) A well-established pediatric practice in seeking a CCC-SLP for a school role. This role offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and opportunities to grow clinically while maintaining work-life balance. No case management responsibilities! This practice has many areas of specialization, including AAC, feeding, myofunctional therapy, aquatic therapy, and more! Want to start a program? Have ideas for a group? The clinic team loves to help therapists make their dream come alive! This particular role is for a school-based SLP in New Haven, with the benefit of having access to a wonderful clinical team across several clinic locations! Position Highlights Full-time Provide school-based services for students with IEPs Document sessions and write progress notes quarterly Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed, update goals Attend IEP meetings (no case management responsibilities) Collaborate with teachers, administration, parents, and other professionals on the team Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65-80k+/year 401(k) with 3% employer match Three weeks PTO plus a floating holiday Generous CEU stipend and student loan repayment Medical, vision, dental insurance with 65% employer contribution Annual salary increases and ample opportunities to grow into leadership roles!
