Key Qualifications:

Possession of, or eligibility for, CT Speech-Language Pathologist licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed Strong background in providing SLP services in school settings Experience working with adolescent populations preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to students with communication disorders Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based solutions Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support language development
