Desired Qualifications:

Active Delaware SLP License/Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based experience, particularly with elementary students Skilled in direct speech-language therapy and evaluations Comfortable developing IEP goals and progress monitoring Proficient in documenting student progress within special education frameworks Effective collaborator with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Ability to work on-site for a full scheduled day Reliable transportation to the school location

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy to elementary school students Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals Document student progress and maintain accurate clinical records Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support teams Communicate effectively with staff, families, and support providers Adapt as needed to different caseload assignments based on school needs
