Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide specialized speech and language services within a school setting. This contract position is based in Forsyth, GA, and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and overall academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain thorough records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and assessments. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Qualifications/Experience:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Experience working with children in school environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop effective treatment plans based on student evaluations.
