Key Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid license or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued Knowledge of educational evaluation processes and IEP documentation Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs Document progress, maintain compliance with school and legal requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting multidisciplinary teams Support teachers through consultative services and resource sharing Foster an encouraging, inclusive school environment for all learners
