Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take your career to the next level by making an impact in a supportive school-based setting focused on helping students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This part-time contract role offers room to grow into a full-time position and invites you to collaborate in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll join a program known for fostering a positive and passionate culture with a focus on evidence-based interventions. Ongoing training, mentoring, and structured feedback ensure professional growth and continued learning within a welcoming environment. Your ability to connect, motivate, and communicate will be vital as you support students' communication goals. Key qualifications include:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or a related discipline Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Candidates with CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) or school-based SLP experience encouraged to apply Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for seamless collaboration and progress documentation Strong organizational skills and a passion for working with students with autism In this role, you'll: Provide direct and consultative speech-language services within the school community Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Partner with teachers, staff, and families to promote academic and functional communication Contribute to ongoing ABA-based programming and classroom support Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports Embrace an opportunity where your skills will change lives and your passion is shared every day.
