Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred. Previous school-based experience is a plus, though strong new graduates will also be considered. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with IEP processes and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students' communication goals. Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to facilitate classroom integration and student success. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and district policies. Provide direct therapy services, prevention strategies, and consultation as needed.
